Holland Conservation Commission
Minutes of Commission meeting held on June 26, 2007.
Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Kathleen McGrory. Absent: Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on June 19, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
Howard Fife, Agent reports:
A site visit of the project at 2 Leisure Dr. Map R-34-B-4 revealed that the catch basins were not in place and dirt along the South side of the house had no silt fences to protect Hamilton Reservoir. Motion was made to send an Enforcement Order. All were in favor. Order will be mailed.
Mary vandenBerg requested that the June 12, 2007 Minutes be sent to Mrs. Wyszomirski and Mr. Kenniston.
On June 25, 2007, Green Hill Engineering faxed a request for a Public Hearing of a Notice of Intent for Alexander and Janice Puziak of 264 Mashapaug Rd. Map R-8-A-4 to install a holding tank. Green Hill Engineering agreed to a Public Hearing for July 10, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. A Legal Notice is to appear in The Republican on July 2, 2007.
We received today, June 26, 2007, from Green Hill Engineering a packet containing the Notice of Intent and a check for $67.50 paying for Mr. Puziak‘s filing fee.
7:35 p.m. Henri Baillargeon of addressStreet215 Mashapaug Rd. and Josh Coriveau and Tom Kane both of addressStreet7 Union Rd. came in for information regarding a right-of-way. They solved their own questions with the help of Mr. Baillargeon’s map and a document from the addressStreetCommonwealth of Massachusetts The Trial Court, The Western Division of the addressStreetHousing Court – which is now in the HCC files.
There will be no HCC meeting on July 3, 2007.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
